About EISOP
EISOP was established as a consultancy that could work in a different way with its clients. With extensive experience of leading projects and programmes in often the most pressured situations and complex scenarios we came to realise that whilst Projects are challenging, they can also be delivered with real impact on the business but most crucially, on time and on budget.
With a Unique blend of Ops, Supply Chain and People Leadership experience, we always start from a let’s build from what is already excellent point of view rather than rip everything up and start again. With over 25 years experience operating at Board level across a broad range of industries and sectors, I have led organisational change during mergers and acquisitions with effective integration by building commercially orientated operational and support functions. Accountable for developing and managing strategic and tactical projects as Supply Chain Director, Logistics Director, Purchasing Director, HR Director, Property and Facilities Director. Business transformer across Manufacturing, Food and Beverages, Retail and Distribution. Enabling cultural change at all levels through all functions, business improvement programmes and operational excellence.
